I am a positive, energetic and passionate counsellor who is committed to providing a respectful and meaningful counselling experience. I look forward to being a therapeutic guide in helping you work toward healing, personal growth, and overall well-being.

My Therapeutic Approach

With my 20+ years of counselling experience, I will work with you to identify root causes, patterns of behavior, and roadblocks that may be contributing to life’s ongoing challenges. In a safe environment where you are heard and respected, we will work together to create a personalized therapeutic plan that aligns with your goals and needs and helps you move forward with confidence and purpose.

Therapeutic Modalities

My counselling practice is grounded in a trauma-informed and culturally responsive framework. I incorporate skills and strategies from a variety of evidence-informed approaches, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused interventions, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Gottman Method (Couples Therapy), and mindfulness.

Sometimes that vision may be to simply to feel like yourself again, other times it maybe to reach that next major step in your life, or to finally find balance that you have never had before.
